Mrs. Lori Diane Bearden, age 66, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2023. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on November 14, 1956. Lori loved to travel and especially enjoyed the ocean, though she would never get in. She enjoyed walking in parks and loved her doggies. She was a patient person and very organized. These two qualities allowed her to have all the answers somehow. She will be so missed by those that loved and cherished her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Nelda Bradt.
Survivors include her loving husband, Fred Bearden, of 33 years; daughters, Sara Diane Bearden and Dona Leane Bearden; brother, Greg Bradt (Joan); and her cousins, Lisa (James) Stewart, Keith (Debbie) Bradt, and Steven (Loraine) Bradt.
The family will have visitation on Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 1:30 pm until 3:30 pm at Whitley-Garner at Rosehaven Funeral Home in Douglasville, Georgia. A funeral service will be held following the visitation at 4:00 pm in the chapel of Heritage Baptist Church with Pastor Brian Berryhill officiating. She will be laid to rest at Jacksonville Memory Gardens Cemetery in Orange Park, Florida on Saturday, July 29, 2023.
