Mrs. Peggy J. Popham, age 72, of Hiram, GA passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2014. She was born January 29, 1942 in Atlanta, GA. Mrs. Popham was preceded in death by her husband, Bennie Popham; and her parents, Dewitt and Irene Sanders Reed.
She is survived by her sons, Richard Popham, James Popham and Marty Popham; brothers, Charles Reed and Dale Reed; sisters, Hilda Dodgen, Yvonne Owens, Brenda Ross, Nellie Huss, Faye Taylor and Pam Reed; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, May 17, 2014 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM in the Rosehaven Chapel with Reverend Jeff Barker officiating. The family will meet at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park at 3:30 for interment.
