Philip was my brother-law. He loved my sister Judy dearly. He was not the same after losing her in 2017. Philip loved to pick on you constantly. He had a wonderful sense of humor and never hesitated to tell you what he thought. He was always there for me and my family when someone needed help. I am so glad I was able to tell him I loved him and that he had always been more of a brother to me than a brother-law. He will be sorely missed. Rest in peace Philip! He is happy now because he is with Judy once again.

Phil was my daughter in law, Jennifer Glover Black’s Uncle. He came to my rescue a couple of times fixing my air conditioner when it quit. He was a nice man . I appreciated him going out of his way to help me.
