Robby Hulsey, Jr.

Robby was born in Atlanta, Georgia on November 1, 1969, the son of Franklin Robert Hulsey, Sr. and Patricia Morgan Hulsey. He had a passionate love of life and enjoyed time spent with family and friends. His love of sports took him to the games of the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and also to NASCAR race tracks. His travels took him to some of his favorite places, Las Vegas for Craps and blackjack, Breckenridge, Colorado for snow skiing, and Panama City for the beach. Robby was quite the outdoorsman where he spent time with family and friends playing cornhole, golfing and hunting. He even found a little time to spend at TOPPS. Robby was very proud to be an American and he especially relished his time spent as a loving husband, father and son.

He is survived by his wife of twenty seven years, Heidi Hulsey, parents, Franklin and Patricia Hulsey; son, Devon Hulsey (Baylee Cox); daughter, Kirsten Hulsey (Jonah Gibby); brother and sister-in-law, Brian and Stephanie Hulsey; sister, Theresa Jones; nieces and nephews, Alex, Payton, Tyler, Averi, Morgan and Danielle.

The family will receive friends at Whitley Garner at Rosehaven on Sunday, February 2, 2025 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. with the memorial service beginning at 4:00 p.m.

Heidi has a special way she would like for friends and family to remember Robby, so PLEASE in lieu of flowers, there will be a “Memory Box” in place for you to leave a card, note or any memorabilia expressing the impact Robby has made on your life.
