Mr. Robert Earl Lynch, age 72, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2020. He was born October 18, 1947 in South Hill, Virginia. Earl worked many years as a self employed trim contractor before retiring. He loved staying busy with yard work and projects around the house. He enjoyed spending time with, and walking his dog, Bearcat.
Earl was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Catherine (Roberts) Lynch; his wife, Lorraine Lynch; brother, William Lynch; and the mother of his daughters, Glenda Lynch.
He is survived by his daughters, Michele Brown and Jennifer Lynch; sons, Doug Lynch and Chuck Waits and his wife Amanda; granddaughter, Courtney Brown; grandson, Dominic Brown; brother, Luke Lynch; sister, Edna Lynch; and several nieces and a nephew.
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 9, 2020 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Whitley-Garner at Rosehaven 8640 Rose Avenue Douglasville, Georgia 30134. Services will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, March 10, 2020 in the Rosehaven Chapel with an inurnment to follow at Rose Haven Cemetery.
