

Mr. Roger Franklin Crisler, age 70, of Hiram, GA passed away Saturday, August 1, 2015. He was born June 5, 1945 in Atlanta, GA. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having served his country during the Vietnam War. Mr. Crisler loved to fish, enjoyed Atlanta Braves baseball and was an avid Jeff Gordon fan, following NASCAR. He enjoyed playing golf with his brother-in-law, Michael Wade, and even beat him a few times. He attended Powder Springs United Methodist Church.
Mr. Crisler was preceded in death by his parents, Abram Franklin and Mary Lee Bates Crisler.
He is survived by two daughters, Angela and William Tittle of Griffin, GA, and Christi and Michael Stevens of Douglasville, GA; sister, Ann Crisler and Michael Wade of Houston, TX; three grandchildren, Amanda, Blake and Caitlyn Tittle; two great-grandchildren, Abbigail and Bryson Tittle; and nephews, Michael Todd Wade of Atlanta, GA, and James Crisler Wade of Houston, TX.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 3:00 PM in the Rosehaven Chapel with Reverend Ray Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery.
