Ms. Sandra Lee (Rose) Martinez, age 83, of Douglasville, GA passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021. She was born in Chicago, IL on March 8, 1938 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Rose. Sandra was a light hearted and fun person to be around. She was always so full of energy. A selfless woman, she would do anything for anyone; including giving everything she had to someone in need. She loved to spend time with her grandkids and her two golden retrievers. Though she always had to keep busy, in her spare time, Sandra liked to listen to jazz music, knit and crochet. She also enjoyed cooking, however the ‘hockey puck’ biscuits could have used some work.
In addition to her parents, Sandra is predeceased by her two brothers.
She is survived by her children, Barbara (Timothy) Dyer, Donald Allen, and Dianna Allen; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
The family will be planning a Celebration of Life outside of the funeral home at a later date.
