Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his parents, Raiford Carl and Fannie Graham Williams.
He is survived by his son, Chanan Ray Williams and granddaughter, Ryleigh Nichole Williams of Jackson, GA; sisters, Kimberlee Sebben of Atlanta, GA, and Susan Holcomb of Douglasville, GA; and brother, Glenn Williams of Winter Garden, FL.
