Tonight I celebrated the Light and LOVE of my life.
Tom was the the heart beat of my Soul.
My true balance, the child partner that opened
the door and shed light on the Path of my life.
I celebrate him.

Tom was one of those rare individuals who was both highly respected and well-liked by everyone who knew him. He was a skilled technical designer, a patient and knowledgeable hands-on instructor, and willingly helped anyone who needed it. In his characteristically quiet and unassuming way, Tom’s decades of work with multiple key air pollution instrument manufacturers, his support to our nationwide air monitoring networks, and his overseas interactions with developing countries were truly beneficial on a world-wide basis. We here at the U.S. EPA honor Tom’s environmental contributions, will miss his self-effacing humor, and offer our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends.
