He is survived by his parents, Daniel and Linda Carroll; son Eyan Carroll; sisters Danielle and husband James Vincent and Toni Carroll; nephews Johnathan and wife Priscilla Carroll, Andrew Rush as well as David and wife Ashtyn Rush; niece Amanda Webb; great nieces Essence Carroll, Charity Carroll and Aubree Rush; great nephew David Rush Jr as well as numerous other family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, June 14, 2015 from 1:00 pm until 2:00pm with a memorial service at 2:00 pm in the Rosehaven Chapel.
