Mr. William “Bill” N. Douglas, age 56, of Winston, GA passed away Saturday, March 14, 2015. He was born December 25, 1958 in Sandy Springs, GA to Joseph and Mary Douglas. Mr. Douglas enjoyed playing Dungeons and Dragons, starting and going to bonfires and anything Viking. Bill loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a master mechanic for 35 years. Bill was an all-around fun loving man who loved life, to party and have a good time.
Mr. Douglas was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his wife Melody; his mother Mary Douglas; son Nick (Terry Lynn) Harvey; daughters Tiffany (David) Parks and Liz (Marcus) Turbyfield; sisters Mary Roach and Becky Douglas; grandchildren Justin (Kim), Dylan, Karen, Jeremy, Austin, Ashlyn, Marcus, Zack, Trevor and Chase, great-granddaughter Aubrie as well as several nieces, nephews and other family members.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 from 5 o’clock until 8 o’clock pm. The family prefers plants rather than flowers.
