Betty Heller

Betty M. Heller, 90, of DuBois, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2012, at the DuBois Nursing Home. The family would like to thank the staff and friends at Nelsons Golden years and to extend their appreciation to the staff at DuBois Regional Medical Center and the DuBois Nursing Home.

Born on December 23, 1921, in DuBois, she was the daughter of the late George and Alice(VanBuskirk) Cole.

She was a member of Treasure Lake Interdenominational Church and Oklahoma Lutheran Church. She also was a member for 50+ years of the DuBois Regional Medical Center Auxiliary and Women’s group of the church.

Betty is survived by her two sons: Gary and his wife Jenny Heller of DuBois and Gregory Heller of DuBois, also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Cletas Heller, three sisters, a brother and two grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at the Mohney Yargar Funeral Chapel, Inc., with Rev. David Bish officiating. Interment will be in Morningside Cemetery.

Friends will be received from 6-9pm on Monday, July 2 at the Mohney Yargar Funeral Chapel, Inc., in DuBois.
