Lexie E. Wise

She was born April 13, 1994 in DuBois, the daughter of Bryan Wise and his girlfriend, Karen Emmerich of DuBois and Stephanie (Galentine) McGough and her husband, Mike of Rockton.

Lexie was employed as manager of Bucks Pizza, DuBois, and had worked at Catherine’s Cache, Bath and Body Works and Bamboo Gardens.

She enjoyed the outdoors, riding 4 wheelers, being with her friends and having a good time. She especially loved her two dogs, Bubba and Riley.

Lexie is survived by her parents, a brother, Steven Phipps of DuBois, her maternal grandmother, Linda Galentine of Troutville, two aunts; Ann Smeal and Jo Hudson, an uncle, Emery Wise, numerous nieces and nephews and cousins; Sydney, Mya, Quinn and Devan .

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Clarence Galentine, paternal grandparents, Jack and Margaret Wise, two uncles; Heath Galentine and Jim Wise and an aunt, Dorothy Martell.

Funeral services will be held at the Mohney Yargar Funeral Chapel, DuBois on Tuesday July,9, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. with Chaplain Charlene Lauver officiating.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday, July 8, 2013 from 2-5 and 7-9 P.M. and on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of services.

The family suggests that contributions be made to the Lexie Wise Memorial Fund at the First Commonwealth Bank, DuBois, the S.P.C.A. 275 21st Street, Clearfield, PA 16830 or charity of the donor’s choice.
