Robert L Conrad

Born on October 29, 1932 in DuBois, he was the son of the late Elsie C. Conrad. He married Winnette Lucas Conrad. She preceded him in death.

He graduated from Sandy Township High School and worked as a plumber for Jack Salada Plumbing and Heating.

Mr. Conrad was protestant by faith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He made the best apple pie.

He is survived by four sons: Robert J. Conrad of DuBois, John L. Conrad and his wife, Tina of Brockway, Daniel L. Conrad and his wife, Claire of DuBois, and Paul D. Conrad of Sandy Twp.; eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. He is also survived by his twin sister, Roberta Keller of Penfield.

Mr. Conrad was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Winnette and a son, Steven A. Conrad.

A funeral service will be held at the Mohney-Yargar Funeral Chapel, Inc. on Monday, February 21, 2011 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Sarah Ott officiating.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 to 4:00 and 6 to 8:00PM. An additional viewing will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 9 to 10:00PM. Interment will be in Lakelawn Memorial Park in Reynoldsville.
