Mrs. Patricia Vann Bray Norris

Patricia Vann Bray Norris, 58 of Wrightsville passed away suddenly Thursday morning. Funeral services will be held at Homer C. Adams chapel Sunday October 2, 2011 at 4 P.M. with Pastor Jimmy Smith to officiate. Burial will follow at Westview cemetery in Wrightsville, Georgia. Ms. Norris’s visitation will be Sunday from 2-4.

Pallbearers will be John McAfee, Ken Bray, Mike Clay, Herb Vickers, Ben Bradshaw, and Nick Holton.

Ms. Norris was born on April 11, 1953 in Dublin, Ga. to the late Charles Malone Bray Sr. and the late Virginia Curl Bray. She was an educator, having worked for Trinity Christian, East Dublin, and Johnson County Middle High. Her passion was working with the in school suspension program. She attended Tucker Grove Holiness Church and Ivey Baptist Church.

Ms. Norris is survived by one brother Charles Malone Bray Jr. (Mal) of Wrightsville; One sister, Susan Bray Crabb of Lawrenceville, Ga. and three nephews, Joel Danny Rozier Jr. of Macon, Ga. Jerry Wayne Crabb Jr. of Lawrenceville, Ga. and Robert Malone Bray of Wrightsville, Ga.

Ms. Norris was preceded in death by her husband Fred Ware Norris.
