Donna Boutain

January 7, 1948 – June 11, 2018

Donna Mae Boutain, 70, of Cloquet, formerly of Duluth, passed away Monday, June 11, 2018. She was born on January 7, 1948 to Josephine and Lawrence Currie in Grafton, ND.

She married the love of her life, Alex “Poncho” Boutain in 1964 and together they started their lives in West Duluth and began raising their children.

Donna loved spending time with her granddaughters and playing bingo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alex and sister, Rose Ann.

Donna will be greatly missed by her children, Vickie Boutain of Duluth, Nancy Boutain of Duluth, Shelley Boutain of Cloquet, and Connie Boutain of Cloquet; five grandchildren; siblings, Theresa Solarski of Grand Forks, Edward Currie of Crookston, Ernistine Klipping of Red Lake Falls, Lorrain Cota of St. Hilaire, Evelyn Boutain of Thief River Falls, and Duane Currie of Coon Rapids; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 1:00 until the 2:00 p.m. Memorial Service Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Bell Brothers Funeral Home, 601 N 56th Ave. West, Duluth. Inurnment will be in Oneota Cemetery. Please leave a memory or words of support for the family at www.bellbrothersfuneralhome.com .
