Ethel J. Nelson

She was born October 16, 1917 in McGregor, N.D. to John and Freda Pederson. Ethel was a graduate of McGregor High School. On June 1, 1940, she married Oscar Edward Nelson.

Ethel was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar in 1998; son-in-law, Donald Ervin Lyman in 2002; a great-granddaughter, Olivia Mae Berroa; three sisters and three brothers.

She is survived by her children, Judy (Don) Sjogren, of Wright, MN, Karen Lyman, of Dayton, MN and Gary (Diane) Nelson, of Duluth; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
