

Helen Louise Budge, 76, of Duluth, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at Edgewood Vista surrounded by family. She was born to Harvey “Jay” and Hazel E. (Clapp) Littler in Lake Geneva, WI on December 14, 1936.
Helen was employed at St. Luke’s for over 30 years. She was fiercely loyal to family and welcomed anyone. She enjoyed traveling and frequently attended plays, musicals, and anything that involved or supported her family. Helen loved music and flowers. She was caring, compassionate, loving, humble, nonjudgmental and will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bruce; parents; sister, Irene; and brother, Glen.
Helen is survived by son, Brian (Debbie) Budge of Maple Grove, MN; daughters, Sue (Donnie) Skarman of Hermantown, MN and Dawn (Tim) Larson of Omak, WA; grandchildren, Shannon, Shawn, Andrea, Derek, and Lauren; great-grandchildren, Emma and Keegan; and brothers, Gene (Carol) and Darrell (Sandy) Littler. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Bell Brothers Funeral Chapel, 601 N 56th Ave W at 2 p.m. Visitation one hour prior to service at the chapel. Interment at Oneota Cemetery.
