Lorraine was born in Hermantown on July 11, 1924 to Ernest and Anna Reinke. She was united in marriage to Arnold Hanson and together they raised three children: Judy, Howard, and Charles. Lorraine loved cooking, gardening and being a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold; parents; her two brothers; and her four sisters.
Lorraine is survived by her daughter, Judy Alterman; sons, Howard (Colleen) Hanson and Chuck (Mary) Hanson; seven grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
Visitation: 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. Memorial Service, Thursday, February 18, 2016 in Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
