She was born in Milwaukee, WI on November 5th, 1925 to Florence and Archie Neuman.
Nancy was united in marriage to William Frey and they spent over 50 years together until his death in 2001.
She and William retired from UMD in 1983 and then moved to Apache Junction, AZ. Following William’s death, Nancy moved back to Duluth in the fall of 2001.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and sisters, Marilyn and Betty.
Nancy is survived by her sons, Greg and Gary; grandsons, Michael, John, Jason, and Adam; and great grandson, Avery.
