He was born June 1, 1930 in Duluth to Leonard and Geraldine Bradley. Philip was a 1948 graduate of Cathedral High School in Duluth and attended the University of MN, Minneapolis. He was the owner/publisher of the Register-Mirror, a legal newspaper in Minneapolis. On May 9, 1981 Philip married Renata Fitzpatrick.
Philip enjoyed time spent at his tree farm and hobby printing after his retirement. He was active in the Sacred Heart Music Center, Forestry Committees, Hennepin County Park Board, Savage City Council, MN Parks and Trails, Barbershop Quartet & church choirs, and he was Court Commissioner in 1979 in Scott County.
Philip was preceded in death by his first wife, Joan Bradley; his parents; a brother, Davis and a sister, Mary Collins.
He is survived by his wife, Renata; three children, John (Pam) Bradley, Peggy Bradley and Dan Bradley; two step-children, Renata (Leonard) Collins and Dorian (Stan) Hanson; three grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. until the Noon 12 p.m. Funeral Service on Monday, December 19th at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 1710 E. Superior Street.
