He was born in Sweden and was a part of the Sweden military while there. In 1953, he came to the United States and started his own business. He was owner and operator of Bylund Tile & Marble. He was a hard worker and very proud of his work. In 1954, he met and has been with Anita Hill, his companion of 56 years. He was a member of the Shriners and the Euclid Lodge.
He is survived by Anita Hill; nephew, John Bylund and also Robert (Diane) Hill; and his family in Sweden.
