Thank you so much to those above for sharing such heartwarming sentiments, to all who attended Billy's memorial service yesterday, and for phone calls and notes of support.  What Billy could not say in words he expressed in his eyes and contagious smile, which endeared him to those around him.  Words cannot express my/our thanks to the EBI staff, and those all along the way,  who have loved and cared for Billy and recognized his value beyond his limitations.  An extra special thanks to Lisa and Sara for being with Billy at the end as he was set free....and for the oh so apppropriate music at the memorial.  You certainly are two of Billy's angels.

To the wonderful La France family,   We never had the opportunity to get to know Billy, but Uncle Leo and Aunt Sal always spoke with such love about him. Kevin, Mrs Lafrance and family,
The memories, I have 22 great years of memories with Bill. His smile he had a smile that always made a person happy. And he always knew when to use it.(even to get cookies at midnight). Something you just could not say no to that smile. 
His determination he tought  me to keep going if one thing dose not work try it a different way. Bill thank you for this one.
His love a music. Sound of music, hello dolly and Willy the whistling giraffe. the long car rides singing to Christmas carrols looking at all the decorations on the houses.
And I also remember my first ride with you on the fariss wheel it was also my last. I think it was 1993. 
My sweet friend love you lots.
