It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Frank Lavallee on February 2, 2014. He went peacefully in his sleep. Although we have slowly lost him over the past few years, we will miss his smile and gentleness. Frank leaves behind his wife Linda, his brother Ted (Flo), his daughters Francine (Michael) Nicole, and his only granddaughter Devon. Frank was born September 28, 1934, in Iroquois Falls, Ontario and moved to the Island with his family in 1973. Frank worked at Crofton Pulp mill until he retired at 61. He loved spending time around home tending to his pristine garden, and being with friends and family. A small family service will be held at a later date. We would like to thank the staff of the 2nd floor south at the lodge on fourth for their care and compassion. Flowers respectfully declined.
