Born in Provost, AB, January 5, 1923. Passed away peacefully and with by her side on October 20, 2016.
Predeceased by parents Fred and Alice Price, husband Raymond King, brother George, sister Eva, grand-daughter baby King and niece Donna.
Survived by sons Ted (Olive), Dave (Shirlee) and Paddy (Valerie), 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Thelma settled her family in Duncan in 1955. Many remember Thelma from her years at Duncan Safeway, where she was an honored employee for 25 years, retiring in 1984.
Mom loved this valley and the people who lived in it.
