I lived with them for a short time back in 1997 when I was moving back from North Carolina on my way to California .
After church on Sundays, they would head home and the whole family would prepare sandwiches always on Texas Bread, then they would head to downtown Dallas and hand them out to the homeless along with water and snacks.
She taught me so much about being a Christian and sharing non judgmental unconditional love. She will be greatly missed.
