Kevin Wade Kight

Kevin Wade Kight was born August 5, 1970 in Irving, TX. His beautiful spirit was taken away from us on September 25, 2016. Our world will never be the same now that his beautiful soul is no longer spreading his beautiful spirit and smile in this world. Kevin made this sad Earth a beautiful place with his laughter and love and that happiness will no longer be around now that he is gone. Kevin graduated from Cedar Hill High School in 1989 and was currently attending Argosy University in Farmers Branch working towards his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He was currently employed by the United States Postal Service in Cleburne, TX. His true passion centered around his years of work for the Cruise Industry. Kevin is survived by his parents Bobby and Toni Kight of Cedar Hill, his sister Lesli Josey and her children Dylan, and Tiffany Josey of Grandview and his life partner Jerry DeWeese also of Cedar Hill. Kevin leaves behind numerous Aunts, Uncle, Cousins, classmates and friends that will miss and cherish him dearly. Kevin is preceded in death by his Paternal Grandparents Lloyd and Edna Kight and his Maternal Grandparents Dennis and Judy Jones. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, September 29, 2016 at the Cedar Heights Baptist Church. 201 East Belt Line Rd., Cedar Hill, TX 75104.
