GUERRA, Lauro "Lalo" passed peacefully on December 2, after a long battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving wife of 58 yrs, Hilda, and his children Dolores, Lauro, Aurora, Gerardo and Daniel. Lalo was born June 16, 1929 to Lauro and Aurora Guerra in Mission Tx, graduated from Mission High School in 1947, he went into the Army during Korean War and was stationed in Alaska as a Snow Soldier, 196 Regimental Combat Team, Lalo retired from Federal Government in 1994. He is survived by two sisters, Aurora Sanchez and Rosamaria Valladares, both of Mission, Tx and 14 grandchildren and 2 great-granchildren.
