Raquel Arellano was born on May 15th, 1954. She was born in Salitral de Carrera, Villa de Ramos, SLP, Mexico.
She and her family moved and lived in Dallas, TX for 31 years.
She is survived by her husband Ernesto Arellano, her children Esperanza, Rosa, Elvia, Ricardo, Miguel, and Pablo. As well as her grandchildren Daisy, Carlos, Grace, Irina, Ariel, Angel, Gaudalupe, Karol, Leonel, Constanza, and Odalys.
