Born in Hamilton, passed away peacefully at St. Peter’s Hospital, Maplewood, on Monday, January 21, 2013 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Percival (Perc) for 63 years. Loving mother to sons Ric (Sandra), Howard (Dee), and David (Lynda), and daughters Cathy and Lynn. Much missed grandmother of Jennifer, Cory, Michelle, Michael, Beaux, Brittney, Amber, Andrew and Daniel. Cherished great-grandmother of Charlotte, Audrey and Victoria. Fran was a retired employee of Canada Post. Thank you to all the staff at St. Peter’s Hospital, 3rd floor west for taking wonderful care of Frances. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at the Marlatt Funeral Home, 615 Main Street East (east of Sanford), on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Frances’ memory may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or St. Peter’s Hospital.
