SMITH, Stuart David passed away on Saturday, October 16th in his 57th year with his mother nearby. Stuart’s mother, Kathryn Smith, has faithfully cared for him since the onset of his illness at the age of nine. He also leaves to mourn his sister Karen Louise Smith. Beloved son of the late Stuart Robson Smith. Stuart graduated from McMaster University with a degree in cell biology and completed one year of medical school. He is also a published poet. When we remember Stuart we think of his twinkling eyes and his mischievous sense of humour.
