Mrs. Doris Cranford Harris, age 80, of Dunn, formerly of Heflin, Alabama died Thursday morning July 14, 2016 at Harnett Woods Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Dunn. Mrs. Harris was born January 18, 1936 the daughter of the late Leo Cranford & Thelma Wright Cranford and is preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Allen of Coats, NC. She is survived by: 2 Sons: Charles Harris of Heflin Al. and Keith Harris & wife Dana of Dunn, NC. 3 Grandchildren & 1 Great Grandchild. A Brother: Lee Neil Cranford of Texas and 2 Sisters: Mary Warren of Pratville, Alabama; Linda Forney & husband Steve of Eclectic, Al. A Memorial Service was held at Lecta Methodist Church in Heflin, Alabama on Sunday, July 17, 2016. A thank you to all who were able to attend.
