Elsie McCorquodale Holland, age 69 of Coats, died on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at her home in Coats.
Elsie was born on July 17, 1950 in Cumberland County the daughter of the late Joseph Martin McCorquodale and Leona Hairr McCorquodale. She is preceded death by 4 sisters and a brother.
Elsie retired as a field inspector and appraiser for Country Wide Mortgage and Morgan Chase Mortgage. She was a dedicated member of Grace Chapel Church where she attended faithfully until her declining health would not allow her to go.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend, she was a giving person and believed in helping others and caring for people in general. She adored her family and they were the light of her life. Al, her husband was the center of her world and they enjoyed everyday they had together.
A funeral service will be held Monday, July 20, 2020 at 11:00 am at Cromartie-Miller Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Beasley and Pat Williford officiating. Burial will follow in Devotional Gardens Cemetery.
She is survived by Her Husband of 26 years: Al Lee Holland of the home.
