He is survived by his wife, Debby; his son, J.R. (Sara); his daughter, Robin Hamann-Slawson (Kim); four grandchildren: Abby, Finn, Tristan, and Grace; several siblings; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.
A visitation for John will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, both in the chapel at Cromartie-Miller Funeral Home.
