

Annie Merlene Tyndall Bullard, age 83, formerly of Dunn, NC passed peacefully, Friday, February 3, 2017 at High Point Regional Hospital in High Point, NC. She was surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren as we reluctantly relinquished her to the angels. Merlene was born in Sampson County on August 25, 1933, the daughter of the late John Ashford and Annie Bell Baggett Tyndall and is preceded in death by her daughter: Vicky Brown, her sons: Danny Brown and Carmen Mitchell Brown, her sister: Fannie Taylor and her brothers: Carmen (Big'un) Tyndall, Armon (Litl'un) Tyndall, Donnie (Bo) Tyndall, Troy (Dee) Tyndall and Roy (Buddy) Tyndall. The Family will receive friends Monday, February 6, 2017 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Cromartie-Miller Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Cromartie-Miller Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Gary Brown and Rev. Kenneth Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Corinth FWB Church Cemetery. Following the commitment service at the cemetery, Family and Friends are invited and encouraged to attend a time of fellowship and food at the Corinth FWB Church Fellowship Hall in honor of Merlene's life. She is survived by: Her Husband: McArthur (Mac) Bullard Daughters: Kay Tanner of Thomasville, NC and Judy Shirley and husband Jimmy of Trinity, NC Sons: Gary Brown and wife Beverly of Thomasville, NC, Ronald Brown and wife Laura of Myrtle Beach, SC, Kenneth Brown and wife Teresa of High Point, NC, Richard Brown of Trinity, NC, Jimmy Brown of Atlanta, GA and Carly Tanner and wife Sandra of Jamestown, NC, a multitude of Grandchildren and countless Great Grandchildren.
