Jane was born on January 15, 1935, to the late Wayne and Mamie Allen of Erwin, NC.
She was a dedicated minister’s wife to her late husband, Reverend Clarence Moore. Together, they served ministries in Franklinton, Mount Olive, Kinston, Fields of the Woods, Princeton, and Lucama.
Jane had a passion for painting and enjoyed taking art classes over the years. She participated in local art shows and won several ribbons. She lived a simple life and cherished the company of her friends and family.
Jane was preceded in death by her sister, Judy Parker.
Left behind to carry on her memory are her daughter, Sherry Noonan (Glen); her son, Donald Wayne Moore (Barbara); her sister, Jo Pope; granddaughters, Amanda Faircloth (Ricky), Chloe, and Ruby Faircloth; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Erwin Memorial Cemetery.
