Richard Allen Price Sr.

Richard Allen Price, Sr. age 81 of Dunn, died on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Betsy Johnson Hospital in Dunn.

Richard was born on August 9, 1939 in New Castle, Pa. the son of the late Raymond Price and Ceola Davis Price and is preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Price.

Richard was a loving father and grandfather. He was a United State Air Force Veteran.

He worked at Flowline as plant manager until his retirement. He enjoyed Shag dancing and served as President of the Waccamaw Shag Club. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and loved being at the beach.

His favorite thing was spending time with his family, he will be deeply missed by his siblings, children and granddaughter. Among many others whom knew and loved him.

He is survived by: his ex-wife: Linda Brown Price of Clayton, NC, his sister, Audrey Beatty of Volant, Pa., his brother, Randall Price & (wife) Paula of North Fort Myers, Fl., daughter, Rhonda Price of Charlotte, NC, son, Richard Price Jr. of Dunn, NC and a Granddaughter, Regan Price.

There will be no visitation as a result of the pandemic, but there will be a celebration of life memorial service at a later date.

Arrangements are being made at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home in Dunn NC where he resided.
