Tommy was born January 22, 1953 to the late Hiram Worth Dorman and Mary Elizabeth Lovick Dorman of Wade, N.C. He is also preceded in death by his wife of twenty years, Sue Cain Dorman.
After graduating Cape Fear High School in 1973, Tommy entered a long career with Goodyear Tire Company career retiring after thirty-one years.
The enjoyment of Tommy’s life was driving his Dodge Ram pickup around Fayetteville, watching old Westerns, and spending time with his family.
Left to honor his memory is his brother Larry Lovick and wife Joanne of Falcon, NC, Nephew Brandon Lovick and wife Christy of Dunn, NC, two great nieces, Mary Catherine Lovick and Elizabeth Caroline Lovick, great nephews, Luke Lovick and Nathaniel Lovick.
The celebration of Thomas’s life will be held 11:00 AM Sunday, October 8, 2023 at Wade Baptist Church 7242 Main St, Wade, NC 28395.
