To our dear friends the Bigler's,  you are in our thoughts and hearts today.  Erin and her beautiful smile will always be a part of our lives. I'll never forget the first time I held her in my arms - her adorable face gleamed and you could not get enough of it.  Greg and I so wish we could've been there to hold and hug you.  We were residing in Florida and unable to get to you.  It aches our heart we weren't able to be there.   Greg and I are so grateful to be back in WNY,  now we are close by to hug and hold you.  Hopefully we won't make a pest of ourselves.  Be prepared, Greg now slobbers sometimes when he hugs. As for me..once I start hugging - it's hard to let go. I was very close friends with Erin. She was in my first period english class, and my second period Latin class. She brought so much spunk and fun to those classes, and always brought a smile to my face, and everyone else's too. She never did anything wrong, and was always there for you. My heart is still shattered from this, and i feel as though a large part of me has been torn out painfully. She was a friend, a companion, a shoulder to cry on. She was the nicest person I have ever known, and probably that I ever will know. God bless you, Erin! My condolonces go to you and your family. We cant focus on the "what ifs...?" or the "but hows?" we cant change what happened, no matter how much we want to. It was a tragedy in every sense, and will always be. She left such an impression on my life, and i will never forget her for my entire life.

Its hard to understand courses of life that dont end up like we thought they might. Meeting a girl much like myself, getting to know her slowly over the course of a few months and then expecting at least a few more years before inevitably parting due to various situations in life is what I expected. So, it is hard for me to understand why this happens. Why a girl so wonderful is now gone....She will always be remembered by me and I send the greatest amounts of love to her family now. Erin....love always to you.

To the Bigler family,

Erin was a wonderful friend to me. I remember when she went to Clarence Elementary School, and we just clicked. We all miss her. She always had a smile on her face and she never hated anything. I miss her in Latin. Things just aren't the same. I don't think they ever will be again. She will be missed, by everyone.
