November 16, 2016, age 89; beloved wife of the late Donald W. O’Brien; loving mother of William E. O’Brien and Elizabeth F. O’Brien; adored grandmother of Katherine G. (David) Thomann, Sara E. O’Brien and Jordan T. Wesley; beloved “mom” to Linda M. O’Brien; sister of the late Roland (Gail) Forsyth; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
