Frank X. Vogel, Jr., of Amherst, NY entered into rest on November 30, 2024 at age 91; beloved husband of 62 years to Mary Ann (nee Barone) Vogel; devoted father of Leah (Al) Caci, Lori (John) Salhab, Eric (Rebecca) Vogel and Keri Lyn (John) DiPasquale; cherished grandfather of Matthew (Theresa) Salhab, Alayna (Donald) Schaffer, Kathryn (Timothy Jr.) Ravel, Krystina Ross, Julia DiPasquale and Gianna DiPasquale; adored great-grandfather of Oliver, Cooper, Eden, Mara and Lila; loving son of the late Johanna (nee Rumpol) and late Frank X. Vogel, Sr.; dear brother of the late Marion (late John) Winklhofer; cherished uncle of Carol (Edward) Sobczak and the late John Winklhofer. Mr. Vogel was veteran of the US Army and was a retired history teacher and tennis coach from Lockport Senior High School. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Pius X Church, 1700 North French Rd., Getzville, NY 14068 on Friday (December 6, 2024) at 10:30am. Please assemble at church.
