As the eldest Weckerle grandchild (sorry Karen, I just beat you out on that by 4 months)....and Jimmy being one of the youngest (who claims that spot?) I didn’t get to share as much time with him. I do fondly remember Uncle Norb bringing Jimmy by as an active toddler to visit us down the street at 97 Maynard. But Jim did know me “as blood”, primarily as Michael”s sister!
Fran & I have our David, also his own unique person with Downs......with the emphasis on person! David has 3 siblings.......so we know how lucky Jimmy was to have 4 !!!! Caring sibs +++ nieces & nephews. Our Michele was the next closest in age to David, so we also appreciate the special bond he had with Donna.
“Sorry for your troubles “ as the Irish side of my family says. Appreciate this opportunity to view this beautiful rememberamce & celebration of Jimmy’s life.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Jimmy. I have many wonderful memories of him throughout my childhood on Maynard Drive. One special memory was when Jim would come over on a Sunday afternoon to share LouLous Sunday sauce & meatballs with us.
We were all so blessed to be able to grow up with such a truly special person.
I’m sure Weck loved to be able to welcome him into heaven.
You’re in my thoughts & prayers at this difficult time.
Lisa
