Loretta J. Bailor

Loretta Jean Bailor, age 72, of Lockport, New York and Buckeye, Arizona. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 22nd, 2022. She was born to Orlo and Eva Jean (Mclaughlin) Bailor on August 15th, 1949. Loretta was one of seven siblings survived by David (Marcia), Rosemary, Roy, Thomas, predeceased by Leslie & Charles. Loretta is survived by 6 children, Todd (Dawn) Wheeler, Marc (Michele) Wheeler, Michele (Scott) Barnes, Richard Wheeler, Cathy Alago (Peggy Blair) and Amy (Dean) Milby. Loretta is also survived by 16 grandkids, Kayla, Robert, Gabriel, Alyssa, Jordan, Matthew, Natasha, Hunter, Brianna, Angelia, Troy, Taylor, Gunner, Samara, De'von and Patricia. Also survived by 10 great grandchildren. Loretta retired from Maricopa County Sheriffs Office in 2013. Loretta loved to sing and was part of many country bands over the years. She opened for Kenny Rogers in 1979 when she won the Battle of the Bands at a local country music competition run by Loretta Lynn & Mickey Gilley. Loretta requested to her family to celebrate her passing with a party.
