My mom and Lurenes mom were cousins and 2 peas in a pod. We were always with Lurene and her brother. I have way to many beautiful memories to share here. Lurene loved her children Heather, Helena and Dominic with all her heart and soul. When her and I spoke over the phone she would tell me about all the milestones her beautiful grandchildren had made. She spoke about them with gleeful joy and I imagine her eyes glistened with pride. Although she is no longer with us, she is now pain free and in Heaven with God and in the loving arms of her mom, Heather, Helena and Dominics Yaya. My Aunt Helen. She will always be loved and treasured in the hearts of those of us who loved her. May you now Rest In Peace, my sweet cousin Lurene.

My mom and Lurenes mom were cousins and 2 peas in a pod. We were always with Lurene and Dino. I have to many wonderful memories of my sweet cousin to put here. I know with all my heart how she loved her brother Dino and his wife Barbara, and of course her children Heather, Helena and Dominic. When she spoke of her beautiful grandchildren with me over the phone, she spoke proudly about all their milestones. I heard the joy in her voice and imagined her eyes glistening with pride. Although we all know she is now in the arms of God and her mom, Aunt Helen, she will forever be loved and treasured in our hearts. I love you Lurene. May you now Rest In Peace my sweet and beautiful cousin.
