A kind smile, warm, friendly, and most of all, always upbeat and positive. Amy should be an inspiration to all of us on how we should live our lives. When I think of her, all I see is her smile. Even when she became ill, she kept going, Her children will no doubt hear this exact same thing from anyone who knew her as they grow. Amy and Sean were in fact as close to perfect as any couple could be. Their children are blessed to have such amazing people as their parents. God Bless you Amy.....your legacy of strength, courage and love will touch your family forever!

I wish I could be there to share in your celebration of life. You were an angel on loan to us. I am so happy that I had the pleasure of being your friend. You made this world a better place. Iam sad for all of things you had yet to do. But the joy you left behind in those kids is going to be amazing. Rest In Peace my sweet friend ❤️

Certain people possess the knack for living on purpose and with unbridled enthusiasm. I will forever remember Amy being blessed with those characteristics and so many more laudable attributes. Amy's passion for making a difference and her gentle, nurturing nature were on daily display at Holland Central as I recall. As a student or as an athlete, Amy's presence elevated the mood of any venue and stoked a bonding chemistry that any teacher or coach would crave.

Simply stated, individuals like Amy remind aging teachers why education is such a treasured profession.

Deepest sympathy,
John Weaver...HCS teacher
