Dear Connie and family,

So sorry to hear of Carl's passing. He was the prime example of a devoted law enforcement officer and family man, the kind we need in today's world. As Susan and I were occasionally detected on his radar, electronically or otherwise, he always dealt with the infraction in a compassionate and respectful manner, and offered words to the wise as to why we perhaps ought to consider obeying the traffic regs in the village. a true gentleman indeed! If only our beloved government leaders possessed one quarter of Carl's traits, abilities, and tact, we would sleep better at night.

Carl is for sure resting in peace! We salute him.

Dear Connie and family,
Bill loved Carl as a best friend for many years and we both send our condolences and love to you. Carl came to our home every week for poker for many years and would always have a nice word to share with me as he headed down to the rec room to be with his buddies. He was a great guy and will be missed very much. May God bless you all and may God receive Carl with open arms.
