My sincere condolences to Eunice and family. I'm so glad I spoke with Frank while he was having therapy. Frank was always available to help with any problem, situation, or guidance while we both were with the 390th. Very good listener, and I loved his stories and dry humor. I will miss him as I know all members of the 390th will. RIP my friend

My Scout Master from days long ago has gone home.
SM Frank was a mentor to many young men back in the 60's and 70's of which I was one. Besides all the scouting things that he drilled into our heads, SM Frank taught me about growing up and becoming a man. I will always be grateful for the talks we had about life, God, family and country. Rest easy SM Frank

Sadly today I found out MY scoutmaster has “gone home” as the scouts say. Frank was certainly a main figure in my life. Having no father in my life he certainly filled a gap in my teenage years. He was my inspiration when my sons got into scouting. He introduced me to so many things that I passed on to my sons. As I grew into a young man he was the reason I joined the United States Army Reserve. So many of us joined the reserves at that time we joked it Boy Scouts only with weapons! My time in the reserves gave me insight for when my son Jason joined the Air Force. Frank was very important to me as a young man. Although we had not spoken in a very long time, he was always present in my mind. His influences we never leave me!

Frank was a dear friend whose dry wit always made me think....and then smile. May he Rest In Peace. My sincerest condolences to Eunice.
