Beloved husband of the late Gertrude R. (nee Welzmiller) Wietig; dearest mother of Kyle (Danielle) Wietig and Seth (Maria) Wietig; also survived by his grandchildren, family and friends.
Fred dedicated most of his life to the United States Army, where he served as a combat medic.
There will be no prior visitation.
