Dear McKennas,
Getting to know your family is one of my favorite things about meeting Dan and Matt at Hamilton. Although over the years I've visited less often, I've always loved coming to Buffalo to spend time with Mr. and Mrs. McKenna. I am so sorry to hear about Mr. McKenna's passing. He always made me feel very welcome, from my very first visit when we arrived just in time for dinner and as we went around the table and greeted me, "Love you Murf." Thank you for giving me a chance to know him.
Love, Murf

Mrs. McKenna & family,

The thoughts and prayers of the entire McCarthy family are with you. Mr. McKenna was a good man and a great Husband, Father and Grandfather.

I will always remember Mr. McKenna's stories of his childhood, of watching a good "film", talking of cars, and politics. I'll remember that you were always welcome at his table and how he always would opt for "just a sliver" of cake. What I will remember most of all is how he would light up when with pride and admiration whenever he spoke of his Children and Grandchildren.

Much love to you all,

The McCarthy Family

Jim was a good man, and a kind supervisor at the Workers' Compensation Board. Fond memories of that time. My sincere sympathy to the family.
