John C. Musty

MUSTY- John C. of South Wales, NY. January 17, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Carol M. (nee Schwanekamp); dearest father of Janet (Bradley) Dedrick; cherished grandfather of Brandon (Loni) Dedrick. Predeceased by his siblings Joseph (Betty) and Lauretta (Floyd) Lang and his parents Eugene and Marjorie (nee Chester). Loving uncle of Joann (Paul) Pitkin, Holly (Steve) Engquist, Barry (Irene) Lang, Gary (Patty) Almeter, David (Barb) Musty. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. John later in life became a devoted member of the VFW Post in Arcade, the American Legion Post 637 in Strykersville and Wales Hollow Community Lutheran Church. John inherited Musty Farm in South Wales and ran it till 1987. He was truly loved by everyone and will be dearly missed. A Graveside Service will be held in the spring at Wales Hollow Cemetery.
